 Supreme Court held that the protection under article 21 is available only against arbitrary executive action and not from arbitrary legislative action

๐ŸŒธ Menaka Case (1978)

 Supreme Court took wider interpretation and the held that the protection is available not only against arbitrary exclusive action but also against arbitrary legislative action.
